Rare Autographed RIAA Award       Description   Here is another exceptional item from the private collection of a former record company executive.This is a very rare Columbia Records U.S. Platinum RIAA certified Record sales award for Michael Bolton's Time, Love and Tenderness L.P. from 1990 in excellent condition!  These personal "Thank You" awards were given to just a few record company employees who were instrumental in making this record a huge success. This beautiful quadruple platinum award is framed in a faux alligator skin frame with plexiglass covering two full color photos of Michael, 4 silver cassettes, 4 cd's, the plaque featuring the RIAA certification and the best thing, a hand written and signed note of thanks from Michael himself!  This is all beautifully matted with exceptional quality!  It measures approx. 35 X 20 X 2 inches.This is in fantastic shape with just a couple of small scuffs on the plexiglass that can probably be hand buffed out with a soft cloth.  I will leave that up to the buyer.  The only other flaw with this piece is what appears to be a very small wrinkle on the left background photo where the picture has lifted in one spot from the dry mounting.
