You will love this, we had a great time and got some great photos/videos on the two times we used it.  Only reason for selling is that I need to conserve $$ since I was laid off from work in August.  The Manta Ray is the same as the Raptor Blaster except different color and name.  This high quality flying tube is 11' wingspan (when inflated) has a specially designed body to allow an average-sized person to rise out of the water and glide through the air. It has a double hull construction; backrest and a 2-position bridle give the rider control over the product. There are two tow hooks on the front for regular towing without flight or towing with flight. The Raptor Blaster was the new version of the Manta Ray, however never made it to the shelves due to the company voluntarily pulling the Manta Rays off the shelves. To gain flight, the Raptor Blaster and Manta Ray requires experience based on water and weather conditions.   The rider and the boat operator must be careful and learn how to fly this safely.   RAPTOR BLASTER •Do not attempt to fly/hover with 2 riders. •Life jackets and helmets are always recommended. •Observe water safety rules at all times. •The Sevylor West Marine Raptor Blaster Towable is extremely safe and stable at low speed. •High flights and long extended flights are possible but should only be performed by strong, healthy, experienced professional riders and drivers. •Never fly higher than you are willing to fall. •Inexperienced riders should never fly higher than 6 feet. (NEVER attempt to hover higher than 8-10 feet/2.5-3.0 meters)   • This item weighs 50lbs.  This towable water toy is not your typical towable tube.
