Description
Hard to find Redline Flight Cranks, 180mm. These are the non-pinch bolt original models. They are used but in good condition for 27 years old. The auction is for everything you see; the crank arms, spindle, 44t sprocket, 2-S.S. spindle bolts with washers and the original sprocket bolt. These will take any standard bottom bracket. I received these as a birthday present in 1981 and raced on them for about 4 years. It was a well known secret at the tracks that the best way to keep these tight was to replace the factory allen bolts with hex head bolts (the bolts pictured are stainless steel).  So here it is 2008 and I've finally come to the realization that at 39 I won't ever build up another BMX bike, so I'm letting go. Here is a good site to see the history of the Flight Crank; http://bmxmuseum.com/forums/viewtopic.php?id=13478 Happy bidding, please be kind to these if your lucky enough to win them. I'll write to them on a regular basis and my come to visit them occasionally :-) The cranks are being sold as is. I will ship worldwide. The buyer is responsible for any additional shipping. On Nov-19-08 at 12:57:22 PST, seller added the following information: Hard to find Redline Flight Cranks, 180mm. These are the non-pinch bolt original models.
