It has been demoed a couple times but is still in clean shape. These are nice first time flatwater training kayaks. Production on these has stopped as the deck mold is showing some wear which gave the production boats a deck that looks a bit wavy. It is fiberglass and weighs about 33 pounds. It is about 17 feet long and 20 inches wide. It is the 2nd most stable Olympic trainer I know of. It is a little tippier than a Polaris but much more stable than a surf ski or current Olympic K-1. It has a adjustable seat, adjustable footboard and tiller steering. Speed wise it is faster than a Polaris but not as fast as a modern ICF kayak or open class surf ski. A beginner can usually feel comfortable in flat water with this boat in less than 7 hours. It should NOT be used on the Ocean but is great for flat water, lakes and mild down river races.
