Record has been played, but is still in excellent shape with no flaws/skips etc. One sided vinyl with screen print on the flip. If your looking at this you probally know how rare it is. Yes it is the rarest Nirvana related record out there. It has a guest appearance by Kurt Cobain, and Toby Vail of Bikiini Kill. I think they were going out at the time. I don't remember.....
