Description NEW!   Stereo Advanced Resolution DVD-Audio   Up for auction is an Advanced Resolution DVD-Audio version of The Alan Parsons Project  Eye in the sky.  This Disc is brand new, factory sealed and in Pristine Condition.   It is playable on any DVD player at 96KHZ/24 bit.  However, advanced resolution (192khz/24bit DVD-Audio stereo) is only playable on DVD-Audio players.  This Disc will not play on a CD player!   Like other DVD-Audio discs from Alan Parsons, this is an incredible recording, taken straight from the Master Tape.  You have never heard the Alan Parsons Project sound this good.   In my own collection of DVD-Audio and SACD titles I typically avoid titles that are not in 5.1.  The Alan Parsons collection is an exception.  He was very meticulous as a producer/engineer in the studio -having engineered the recording of "Dark Side of the Moon" for Pink Floyd - and "Eye in the Sky" shows it.   All tracks written by Alan Parsons and Eric Woolfson   1.
