Description
You have got to see this, a custom stand custom built just for these skis. These stands are designed around the ski in order for the skis to keep their originality. These can also be used as a unique picture frame to display family pictures, pictures of a competition, or at the same time display the pair of Vintage Cypress Gardens Water Wood Skis. These would look great in a work office, on a Yacht, beach home, surf shop, or your own home.  These skis are functional and can still be used. The bindings are old and I would not trust them to stay intact. That would be the only thing I would replace if you were going to use them. SOOOOOO……. “Pictures displayed are not permanent. Its just a great idea” Up for Auction is pair of vintage wood Dick Pope Jr. Cypress Gardens Water Skis.  This pair was carried somewhere in the 50’s to late 60’s with the white rubber Cypress Gardens logo and bindings. These skis are in great condition for the years they have been around. Original bindings are intact, Micro fine cracks in rubber.  The skis have a varnish finish. Both pairs have minor nicks and dings on them because they were used, not too noticeable in the pictures or to the eye. These would be great as a display item or picture frames for those special ski pictures, hang them on the wall or with an antique wood boat. Display them at your get away beach front or lake house. Would you believe that Cypress Gardens had its own famous show it’s TRUE!!! These skis are vintage, a timeless piece of Americana and something different to show your family and friends.
