We typically use DHL Ground service for all of our shipping and the cost will be a flat rate quoted for each item. Please note that our shipping quote is the cost of shipping PLUS a handling charge (see above)The exceptions would be shipping to Canada, APO’s, PO boxes or when shipping media mail (CD’s). In these situations, we use the USPS. In regards to CD’s, the shipping and handling charges via the USPS are combined together into the $3.00 fee listed as shipping charges. Most of our items have have been returned to the original company for a number of reasons. Some are defects that come straight from the company warehouse. We try inspect every item throughly before it is listed, if there is a defect of any kind, we make note in each listing. If we have missed anything, we assure you it is not intentional. We try to be as honest as possible in our listings. We are just as unhappy with returns as you are! We also have some items that are brand new and may have been overstock or discontinued.
